The use of 7α,25-dihydroxycholesterol oxysterol in the treatment and modulation of autoimmune, inflammatory and demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system
The innovative dual-action molecule, CF₃-7α,25-dihydroxycholesterol, combines
modulation of the immune response with activation of repair processes in the
CNS. The technology opens up a new direction for the treatment of multiple
sclerosis and other demyelinating and neurodegenerative diseases.
