Centrum Innowacji Medycznych Sp. z o.o. is a special purpose vehicle, whose sole shareholder is the Medical University of Gdańsk. The company was established by the university to manage intellectual property rights, in particular industrial property rights. The main objective of Centrum Innowacji Medycznych is to commercialize inventions and implement the results of scientific research or development work carried out at the Medical University of Gdańsk. We pursue this goal by creating new capital companies (spin-offs) or taking up shares in existing companies.
